All services are provided following a thorough evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. Medication costs are never included in membership fees and are always billed directly to the patient’s pharmacy of choice.
1. Medical & Hormonal Evaluation Program
For women seeking a comprehensive medical and hormonal assessment to optimize health and wellbeing.

- Licensed provider evaluation
- Initial care plan and guidance/ recommendations
Initial Evaluation Fee: $199
Ongoing Care Membership (Optional):
- Provider-guided follow-up visits
- Care plan adjustments as clinically appropriate
- Secure messaging and periodic check-ins
Membership Fee: $129 / month
Medications and laboratory testing are not included. Any prescriptions are sent to the patient’s pharmacy of choice if warranted.
2. GLP-1–Based Care Program
For patients pursuing GLP-1–based therapy under clinical supervision. A separate evaluation is required.
Initial Evaluation Fee: $199
- Comprehensive medical intake review and evaluation for GLP-1 therapy eligibility.
- Licensed provider evaluation
- Initial care plan and recommendations
Standard Membership: $199 / month| 3-month minimum
- Ongoing provider oversight and monitoring
- Prescription management and dose titration as clinically appropriate
- Side effect monitoring and adjustments
Medication costs are separate and paid directly to the pharmacy. Membership does not include medication. Minimum 3-month commitment.
3. Comprehensive Metabolic & Hormonal Reset Program (Premium)
For women seeking structured, physician-led metabolic transformation with optional GLP-1 therapy.

- Comprehensive metabolic and hormone evaluation
- Prescription management (if warranted)
- Side effect monitoring and adjustments
- Baseline and follow-up metabolic lab prescription review
- Monthly clinician visits via telemedicine
- Personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategy
- Transition and maintenance planning
Program Fee: $399 / month | 3-month minimum

- Those who prefer predictable, all-inclusive program oversight (medications excluded)
Important Notes:
- Medications are not included. If prescribed, they are billed directly to the pharmacy of choice or a recommended partner.
- Membership can be switched between programs at any time with notification in writing prior to the next monthly billing.
- GLP-1 component requires 3-month minimum for safe dose titration and clinical oversight.
- Any adjustments to membership recommendations or medications are discussed in advance and require patient acknowledgment.

Medication & Pricing Transparency
- GLP-1 medication dosing is individualized and may increase over time based on clinical response, tolerance, and safety.
- If a higher medication dose is clinically indicated it may results in increased pharmacy costs, to be discussed directly with the pharmacy.
Not all patients require dose escalation, and no automatic increase occurs without clinical review.
4. STD Evaluation & Treatment
A streamlined, telemedicine-based option for evaluation and treatment of select sexually transmitted infections.

- Medical intake questionnaire
- Licensed provider evaluation
- Laboratory testing order (when indicated)
- One follow-up visit for results review and treatment planning (when indicated)
Flat Fee: $275
Important Disclosures
- Additional treatment may be required based on test results
- Medication and laboratory costs are separate and not included in the flat fee
- Not all infections or clinical scenarios are eligible for flat-fee treatment
- All care decisions are made following a provider evaluation
- This visit is limited to sexually transmitted infection evaluation and treatment only
