A physician-led interpretation of your hormone or metabolic laboratory results delivered through the secure patient portal.
Includes:
• Physician review of submitted laboratory results
• Written clinical interpretation and insights
• Personalized recommendations and suggested next steps
• Guidance on whether additional evaluation may be beneficial
This option is ideal for women seeking clarity on their labs before deciding on a larger care program.
Optional Upgrade: Lab Review + Telemedicine Consultation (+$75)
Patients may choose to add a 20 minute telemedicine consultation to review their laboratory findings directly with a licensed provider.
During this consultation, your provider may:
• Explain key lab findings
• Discuss symptoms and clinical context
• Answer questions regarding next steps
• Provide guidance on appropriate care pathways
Many patients choose this option if they prefer live discussion and deeper clinical insight.
Option 2 — Amnicore Clinical Optimization™ ($299)
For women seeking a comprehensive hormonal and metabolic evaluation with ongoing medical oversight.
Includes:
- Comprehensive medical intake review
- Full metabolic and hormonal assessment
- Personalized care roadmap
- Treatment recommendations (if clinically appropriate)
This evaluation serves as the standard entry point for ongoing clinical membership and advanced care programs.
Step 2: Secure Payment & Access to Medical Intake
Once you select your starting service and complete payment, you will receive access to our secure online medical intake.
The intake includes your medical history, current medications, health goals, and relevant lifestyle factors. This information is required for a licensed provider to determine whether Amnicore Metabolic Health services may be appropriate for you.
Payment is required before a medical evaluation can begin and does not guarantee approval or treatment.
Step 3: Licensed Provider Intake Review
A licensed healthcare provider reviews your completed intake to assess medical eligibility, safety considerations, and whether care through Amnicore Metabolic Health is clinically appropriate.
Not all patients will qualify for treatment or prescription therapy. All determinations are made based on medical judgment and clinical guidelines.
Step 4: Written Clinical Determination & Recommendations
Following review, you will receive a clinical determination through your secure patient portal.
Your care pathway may include:
- Recommendations following a lab review
- Enrollment in ongoing clinical membership
- Eligibility for the Signature Reset™ program
- Additional testing or evaluation if necessary
A live telemedicine visit may be scheduled depending on your selected service and clinical needs..
Step 5: Membership Enrollment (If Approved)
If ongoing care is recommended, you may be invited to enroll in one of our physician-led programs.
Ongoing Clinical Membership — $350/month
Includes:
- Structured follow-up visits
- Medication management (when indicated)
- Lab review and interpretation
- Secure messaging with the care team
- Ongoing clinical oversight
Amnicore Signature Reset™ — $850/month (3-Month Program)
A limited-enrollment, high-touch metabolic and hormonal reset for women seeking structured transformation with direct physician oversight.
Includes:
- Nutrition and lifestyle strategy refinement.
- Monthly telemedicine consultations
- Advanced metabolic strategy
- Hormonal optimization (if clinically appropriate)
- GLP-1 therapy management (if eligible)
- Lab prescription and review
Step 6: Telemedicine Visit & Individualized Care Plan
Once enrolled in a care program and when clinically required, you will be scheduled for a secure telemedicine visit with a licensed provider.
During this visit your provider may:

- Finalize your personalized care plan
Telemedicine visit requirements vary based on state regulations and medical needs.
Step 7: Ongoing Follow-Up & Support
